Who we are
Al Shaheen Al Azraq Security Company is an Iraqi owned private security provider established in 2026 and headquartered in Erbil. The Company is licensed to operate throughout the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
We deliver manned guarding, protective services and security consultancy to government entities, international organizations, humanitarian agencies and commercial clients.
All personnel are recruited, vetted and inducted by the Company, and no element of a contract is transferred to a third party. Each engagement is administered by a named operations manager who holds responsibility for staffing levels, supervision and client reporting throughout the term.

Our office
The Company is headquartered in Erbil and operates throughout the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. All contracts are administered from a single office under one command, applying one set of operating procedures. No element of a client contract is transferred to a third party.
The Company was established in 2026. The schedule below records the sequence of operational readiness, enabling prospective clients to verify what is in place prior to contract.
2026 Q1
Company registered in the Kurdistan Region. Executive appointments completed and core operating procedures issued.
2026 Q2
Post order templates, incident reporting formats and escalation procedures approved. HSE framework adopted.
2026 Q3
Recruitment, vetting and induction commence. Accredited training providers appointed.
2026 Q4
The Erbil operations desk enters continuous service, with vehicle tracking and client reporting established.

Man hours and distance travelled recorded continuously, audited quarterly and reported to clients.
The following principles govern the conduct of our personnel and the administration of every contract undertaken by the Company.

Responsibility for events occurring on a client site rests with the Company. Matters are not attributed to third parties, and management remains available.

Incidents are reported to the client by the Company in writing within 24 hours of occurrence, irrespective of their nature or consequence.

Every procedure concludes with the safe withdrawal of all parties: our officers, client staff and members of the public. No exception is made for cost.

Supervisory positions are filled from within the guard force wherever practicable. Officers who have performed the duty supervise it to a higher standard.
Executive leadership
Our executive management comprises retired officers of military and police services whose careers were conducted within this Region. They are resident in Erbil and hold direct authority over contract decisions. Each engagement is assigned a named operations manager accountable for staffing, supervision and client reporting.
